The mission of the
Rails is to provide the community with a quality, cost effective, youth
ice hockey program whose philosophy is a blend consistent with that of
USA Hockey and our own unique developmental approach. By incorporating
the mastering of fundamental skills, game strategy, sportsmanship, and
team camaraderie, the Rails insures the integrity and propagation of the
sport for future generations.
